- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Can handle multiple tasks.
- Place, cancel or reschedule orders, according to customer needs.
- Reach out to customers and verify order information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Assist with placement of orders or promo code.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, WhatsApp, email, mail, or social media.
- Suggest solutions when customer have problem.
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Inform customer of deals, promotions and new product.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle changes in policies or system.
