    • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Including monitor and give appraisal to the activities of regional sales manager
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
    • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
    • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
    • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
    • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
    • Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
    • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / relevant field.
    • Proven work experience as a General Manager (Sales & Marketing) / National Sales Manager / relevant position.
    • Experience managing a high performance sales team.
    • Availability to travel as needed.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
    • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
    • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
    • Strong communication and team management skills.
    • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
    • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
