    RedDoorz started its operations in Jakarta, July 2015. Currently it has 15+ properties on the network in the Capital of Indonesia, with plans to expand its reach to other popular destination in the country.
    The company has its headquarters based in Singapore with country operations in Jakarta and New Delhi.
     

    Job Descriptions:
    • Responsible for handling customer service by tele-conversations and email.
    • Responsible to follow up the issues raised by customers.
    • To ensure the reservation process in place to meet the standard of operations.
    • To ensure all customer data is recorded in the reservation system.
    • Keep records of all activities log onto CRM system
    • Supervising and Managing Customer Service Team
    Requirements:
    • Male / Female
    • Max 30 Years old
    • Bachelor Degree in any field
    • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
    • Min 3 years experiences at the same field
    • Excellent in English
    • Ability to work independently, be proactive and be initiative
    • Willingness to work in schedule (alternate weekends).
