    Roles:
    • Communicate with Build, Architect  and BRM to overcome any Problem resolution identified and ensure timeline delivery of the fix / resolution
    • Communicate IT incidents to certain audience to make sure everyone is well informed
    • Analyst problem management through the effective interfacing with the functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of permanent solution for each problem
    • Coordinate with related team to get the right evaluation and classification of Incident
    • Evaluate and improve the problem management workflow to achieve continues service improvement
    • Manage the vendor or supplier to ensure the services in accordance with the agreed SLA
    • Manage, tracks progress, identifies cross process issues, and act as contact for escalation to solve the problem with the efficient way possible.
    • Manage the relationship between divisions and key third party vendors to ensure that the proper support and attention are given to the account
    • Manage resources to achieve optimum performance
    • Define - enhance interaction model of Incident – Problem management
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree IT or Telecommunication
    • At least 5 years work experience in IT-Telco related Area
    • Profound technical knowledge in Billing, database, middleware, and hardware (Server/Storage/SAN)
    • Broad knowledge of IT system and preferable knowledge in IT – Infrastructure Library and governance process
    • Able to work in dynamic environment
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill
    • Able to gather, interpret, and present data accurately and effectively
    • Familiarity with SLA-based contract
    • Experience in Billing system and Telco organization
