    • Procedure & Compliance
      • Effectively communicate with users and other unit in IT to achieve:
        • Analyze, identify user needs and requirements
        • Create Business Requirement related to MIS
      • Create effective and efficient Query/Report for routine or ad-hoc request
      • Create documentation of Analysis and Script
      • Follow Data Transfer procedure for critical and confidential data
      • Manage ETL process
    • Quality Assurance and Control
      • Understand the overall of insurance business
      • Doing review for Query/Report result before submit to User
      • Coordinate with users for the testing
      • Escalate problems to direct supervisor
    • User Support
      • Analyses user’s problems and needs
      • Assist the users
    • Documentation
      • Develop the documentation according to IT Governance procedures
      • Documenting requirement
      • Documenting SIT (if any)
      • Documenting Query or SQL script/stored procedure 
    • Manage Projects
      • Actively involves in project assigned (if any)
    Job Requirements:
    • Degree in Computer Science or engineering
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in MIS
    • Strong in Database, SQL, Report
    • Experience in SQL Server / MS-Access / Oracle / DB2 / Data Warehouse
    • Knowledge of  insurance business is advantage
    • Knowledge of SQL syntax, ETL
    • Knowledge in Cobol or SMART or others language is an added advantage
    • Knowledge of relational database, dashboard design is advantage
    • Fast learner to adopt new technology
    • Has a good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical skill
    • Hard working and willing to work in challenging environments
