Lowongan Technical Sales Engineer-Vesuvius Malaysia Sdn Bhd
- Responsible for Head of Steel – Sales Manager to support Steel industry in Indonesia.
- To develop and follow up business in Iron and Steel Making Industry, Induction Furnace Industry, and Steel Rolling Mills Industry (RHF).
- Provide sales service and after sales service to Indonesia iron and steel industry.
- Provide supervision on projects/ trial support to various Vesuvius projects in Indonesia. To review and monitor refractory performance and feedback to M&T, sales division, production and R&D as when required.
- Working closely with Sales Manager-Indonesia to execute market strategies for increasing market share in Indonesia iron and steel industry.
- Support pre-sales technical bidding activities by responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP, preparing and delivering technical presentation and demonstration.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Carry out product presentation.
- Prepare sales proposal and sales contract.
- Propose new product and create new market share.
- Monitor and fulfil Monthly Sales Forecast and Yearly Sales Budget. Also involve in the preparation of budget and sales forecast, credit control, margin of sales and account management.
- Meeting customer requirement
- Monitoring product trial
- HSE: to adhere to Vesuvius standards either individually or group or when involving sub-contractors at customer installations site.
- Receivable Management: Payments follow up, weekly update on collection. Laise with finance to monitor credit limit each quarter.
- Customer Complains: Handling customer complains arising out of Vesuvius products performance. Raise CCAR in Vesuvius system and actively participate to solve them.
- Competitor information and market dynamics/ changes to observe and record/ inform/ feedback.
- Preparing monthly report on 2nd of each month for his accounts and feedback to Sales Manager.
- Providing finance forecast report on end of each month without any fail.
- Providing production forecast for 3 months in advance based on order forecasts (pipeline).
- CMT- To prepare visit report in CMT module positively after each customer site visit. Input information in CMT module against each customer visited. If customer is not in database then, open the customer code to input in CMT.
- Identifying and working with agents / distribution to carry out business development in each Industry segment of STEEL Involving with them and preparing plan with agents/ distributors to drive them in business.
