What this job involves
Working as part of a team, you will prepare an annual budget plan, group analysing for all the changes and propose a working plan to achieve end-goal result through staff training, staff monitoring and plan adjustment to deliver excellence services to clients.
You will report directly to Portfolio/Divisional Manager. As well as building management, you will be involved in all aspects of evaluating, negotiating and providing real estate services. You will also take part in clients meetings, possible cross-selling, sales presentation, and property tours.
So you will meet regularly with clients and tenants on specific cases that needs your skilled support and work with team members in PAM department especially your portfolio/divisional manager to develop best support/advise to clients including preventive maintenance programme, housekeeping, security and safety programme for the building.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil) will be useful, and you will need 5 years’ experience in Property Management.
As well as a keen desire to success in property management, you will have the ability to handle complex conversations with property owners, senior executives, and high-level corporate real estate decision makers. It will be splendid if you have the experience of managing Apartment Building, Office Building and Mall Building.
You will have an eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. A working knowledge of knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful.
An ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables – is essential.
If you have all of the above, we will expect you to also have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. You will be used to working with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Both written and spoken communication skills are vital and, of course, you will be good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with business partners.
An understanding of property management fundamentals is important.
