    Key Responbilities :
    • Maintain Database of headcounts againts manpower plan and
      forecast and prepare report to HR Head or Managers as
      requested.
    • Lead in keeping up to date on country employment law especially
      for Compensation & Benefit regulation and recommending to the
      HR Manager the need for review and update of plant policies
      where necessary.
    • To maintain a database of HR Policies, systems and SOPs for
      easy reference by Managers and Employees; assits the HR
      Manager in communicating policies and updates to Managers
      and Employees as needed.
    • To handle Compensation, Benefits and Payroll; Local market
      data, Salary review support and payroll execution .
    • Managerial leadership of immediate team.
    • Design and implement effective communication strategies with
      management and employees regarding total Compensation &
      Benefits.
    • Participate in updates and enhancement the annual performance.
    • HR data reports ( Compensation & Benefits ); Cost Allocation for
      project.
    • Annual Tax review ( ART 21 ).
    • Forecast per quarter review
     
    General Requirements:
    • Minimal Bachelor degree in Human Resource related field
    • Proficiency in English
    • Experience minimum 4 years experience
    • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel & Word
    • Having good interpersonal, Mature and having good communication skill
    • Able to joint immediately
